10 minute weekly coaching by

I am sure you familiar with the concept of the power nap. Basically it is just a short 10-30 minute nap yet
has very effective results. This new coaching program has been designed along the same lines. You may be thinking
that 10 minute private sessions will not be long enough to drastically change your game, but you would be
surprised. Often an athlete does not need long, drawn out sessions to achieve the results they want. What
they do need is the right advice at the right time.
This package involves two-way work. You will be personally coached by Keith MacLean IF
you do the work assigned. I don't need any extra work so I am now only taking on new clients who want to be their
best. When I ask for questions to be answered via e-mail, I expect them to be answered. If they are not answered
there would be no phone coaching that week.
I have been asked before if I work with young goalies. The answer is "yes" if they are
motivated. In the past I made the mistake of trying to help every goalie who purchased a package, but I
found out that around 40% of the time the parents were more interested than the actual person in the nets. As I
said earlier, I don't need extra clients. I can make more money coaching business people so I only want
to help goalies who really want to work on their game. If you cannot devote at least 30 minutes a day to the
exercises I outline, this package is not for you. But if you are motivated and love the game, and want to grab an
edge over everyone else on the ice by mastering the mental game, then by all means...
