Miikka Kiprusoff captured his 21st win by allowing only 3 goals. Kiprusoff allowed 2 goals in the 1st period but settled down and made 27 saves.
Peter Budaj seemed off tonight allowing 5 goals and making only 12 saves. Budaj was replaced by Jose Theodore who allowed 2 goals and made 7 saves as Colorado lost.
Hannu Toivonen allowed 4 goals on 35 shots in Thursday's game against the Islanders in a shootout loss.
Rick DiPietro allowed 4 goals and captured 38 saves. DiPietro allowed 2 goals in the first 10 minutes of the game but settled down as the Islanders came back.
Ray Emery had 38 saves against the Rangers and looked like a possible shutout might be in order until the 3rd Period when Emery allowed 4 goals. Emery and the Senators still got the win.
Kevin Weekes allowed 4 goals on 27 shots before being replaced midway through the second period by Henrik Lundqvist who didn’t fare much better allowing 1 goal on only 5 shots and the Rangers lost 6-4 to the Senators.
Martin Biron was filling in for Ryan Miller and Biron showed he’s no Ryan Miller allowing 4 goals. Every goal was on Biron’s glove side. Biron and the Sabers lost 4-2 to the Maple Leafs.

Andrew Raycroft allowed only 2 goals on 24 shots to get his 17th win this season. Both goals were on Saber power plays.
Antero Niittymaki is still suffereing from a hip injury and it seemed to slow him down as he picked up his 22nd loss. Niittymaki allowed 2 goals in the first six minutes and captured only 22 saves.
David Aebischer had a strong game allowing only 2 goals, both in the first period and collecting 34 saves has he and the Canadians picked up the victory.
Alex Auld looked to have an easy win Thursday night as he entered the 3rd period with a 3-0 lead over the Hurricanes. 5 straight Carolina goals dashed those hopes and Auld and the Panthers lost a tough game. Auld had 21 saves in the contest.
Cam Ward had to deal with 31 shots thorugh the 1st and 2nd period, stopping 28 of the shots before being pulled in favor of John Grahame who seemed to spark up the Carolina offense which poured in 6 goals. Grahame allowed 1 goal and had six saves.
Olaf Kolzig only contended with 22 shots but allowed 4 goals. Kolzig though was added by his offense as he and the Lightning win 5-4 over the Capitals.
Johan Holmqvist had a rough night allowing 5 goals and 2 in the first 9 minutes of the 1st period. Holmqvist had 20 saves but still lost his 10th game of the season.
