Private Sessions

Although the CD is a great start, giving both visualization training as well as positive affirmations to train the sub-conscious mind for success in the nets, it cannot target individual needs. With the initial individual session package, you get a personal CD custom designed for you.

Whether you have one or more of the issues mentioned above, or if you just want to reach your peak performance level on a consistent basis, the private session package will be worth much more than a week in hockey school, for a fraction of the money. Remember, the private one-to-one session, is just the beginning, I then take your information and record a personal CD. I will be using your name throughout the CD so you can be re-assured it was made just for you, and covers what you need and you can use it forever. I don't know of any other mental training coaches, who offer a package like this. Some will give a tape of the session, but that is not near as good as having the therapist listen intently for the whole session, review the notes, and THEN make the perfect CD.
